Over the past 10 years with the Action Trackchair’s growing popularity, some local organizations have purchased Trackchairs for the public to use. A list of these organizations can be seen below. Access Ability Wisconsin

Access Ability Wisconsin, Inc., (AAW) is a grassroots 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to facilitating and providing the means for individuals with mobility challenges to access and enjoy Wisconsin ‘s natural resources. AAW’s objective is to provide recreational opportunities for physically challenged people, including wheelchair users, who want to enjoy the Wisconsin outdoors.

Barkhausen Waterfowl Preserve

Located along the west shore of the Bay of Green Bay, the L. H. Barkhausen Waterfowl Preserve has 920 acres of forest, meadows and wetlands where prehistoric Indian tribes once hunted, fished, and camped. Today this natural area is home and refuge for a wide variety of waterfowl, wildlife, and plant species. Over 9 miles of scenic hiking trails run through the marshes and forests of the preserve. These trails are also groomed for cross country skiing in the winter months. All trails begin and end at the Interpretive Center.

Hudson Rod & Gun Club

The Hudson Rod & Gun Club is an organization located out of Hudson, WI. They offer a variety of different outdoor opportunities including Trap, Skeet, 5-Stand, an Archery Range, 3D Archery Course, a Gun Range, and the opportunity to borrow one of their Action Trackchairs. You do not need to be a club member to borrow a chair. See the link below for more details.

Michigan State Parks

Currently there are six state parks in Michigan that offer visitors the ability to borrow a chair while at the park. Trackchairs help visitors explore areas of the park where traditional wheelchairs might not. These off-road, electronic chairs can easily handle trails, snow, sand and up to 8 inches of water.
